FAQ: K-15

Q: How do I install the K-15? What firearms does it work with? 

A: The K-15 installs on any Picatinny/Weaver style rail so long as you have at least 3” of rail space. It attaches with two clamp screws. 
Q: Does the K-15 come in a red laser? 
A: No, the K-15 only comes as a green laser. 
Q: How far will I be able to see the laser? 
A: You can see the green lasers at 100 yards during daylight and up to 1 mile at night. 
Q: How do I install the remote switch?
A: The remote switch plugs into the K-15 just to the left of the activation switch on the back side of the laser. The remote switch is 10” long and comes with Velcro so that it can be secured to a desired location. To use, make sure the activation switch is all the way to the right, in momentary mode.
Q: Does the K-15 have a pulse mode? 
A: No, the K-15 only has a constant on mode and the momentary mode for the remote switch.
Q: How do I make adjustments for windage/elevation? 
A: The windage and elevation adjustments are located underneath the turret caps on the left body of the laser (if you’re looking down the barrel). Remove the turret caps and use the provided Hex wrench to adjust the laser until it corresponds with your sights. Always end in a clock-wise motion and reinstall turret caps when finished.

Q: What type of battery does the K-15 use? 
A: The K-15 uses one battery size CR123, a common battery used for cameras.
Q: Where can I find replacement batteries? 
A: Replacement batteries may be located at your local Wal-Mart, Radio Shack, local drug store or any other place that sells camera batteries. You may also purchase 3 packs of replacement batteries from LaserLyte directly. http://www.laserlyte.com/Batteries/BAT-123/BAT-CR123.html

Q: How long do the batteries last?
A: The batteries will have a life of approximately 6 hours. 
Q: What is the actual size of the laser? 
A: 3” x 2.43” x 1.37” It weighs 5.4 oz.
