A: The Laser Trainer Cartridges are designed to fit snugly into the chamber of your firearm and may require force to insert. We recommend making certain the chamber is clean as even a small amount of residue can make installing the laser difficult. You may lubricate the o-rings using a VERY SMALL amount of petroleum jelly or gun oil to assist in seating the laser into your chamber. Applying a small amount of petroleum jelly based product will also aid in a longer service life. Do not be afraid of damaging the laser as this is part of the design. If at any point you feel you may damage the firearm STOP. If these tips do not resolve the issue please contact our Customer Service team via email at email@example.com for further assistance.
